Payment
All payments must be received by Earth Origin prior to shipping. Earth Origin accepts payment by credit card/debit card and any other ways mentioned on the website.
Shipping and Handling
Earth Origin will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are absolutely not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss pass on to buyer/customer once the package is shipped from our facility. Risk of damages pass on to you upon the products delivered to you. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services and you will not be refunded for the reverse shipment of the product.
We along with our logistic partners aim to deliver your ordered products within 5 working days, sometimes this may take couple of more days due to high order volumes or during holidays/festivals. Please allow couple of more days. It would be mentioned on the site if we are running late due to high order volumes/festive season in delivering the products.
Return of Products By You
Body Care products are directly related to cleanliness and personal hygiene. We are sorry, we will not be able to take returns or exchange the product.
