Kindly note, mode of refund may vary depending on the circumstances and situations. Should the mode of refund be Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. We regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, kindly note that it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. During peak and festive seasons, the processing times may vary.

We only exchange goods if they are delivered defective, damaged or are lost in transit. In circumstances, you believe you have received defective goods, you should promptly write to our customer care team on firstname.lastname@example.org and call us on +91 (079) 29704937 with details of the defective product. Once we receive the defective product, our team will fully examine the defect and will notify you via an e-mail on whether you are entitled to a replacement due to the defect or not. Should you be eligible for a replacement, we will ship across the same replacement product as per the original order. The word ‘replacement’ in relates to replacing the same product as per the original order – we do not replace and/or exchange one product for another.
Order once placed can only be cancelled within 2 hours from placing the order. Should you decide to cancel the order, please write to us on email@example.com. After you write to us, your order will be cancelled and the money will usually be refunded to you within 10-14working days after the cancellation request.
